I’m very happy with SmartBox. It actually puts my marketing on autopilot. That makes it a lot easier for me. It’s something I don’t have to worry about, because I’m the owner of the practice here, so I’m managing a bunch of people, so if I can take something off my plate like that, that I know is quality, is going to work, that I’m proud of. I’m proud of my website. I’m proud of my marketing, make a big difference for me. I can put that to the side, and do other things I’ve got to do. I did some other internet marketing with other people, as far as Google AdWords things, and stuff like that. It got prohibitively expensive. It was difficult. It was hard to monitor. I didn’t have the follow up, per se, on it. I got just a little bit frustrated.
The difference between the internet marketing with Google AdWords, then a different person for the website, and a different person for something else, and then, when I saw SmartBox, I said, “hey, that’s cool. They do it all. They’ll do my website, they’ll do my Google AdWords, they’ll do my organic search, follow up with me, they’ll meet associate, which I am doing. I’m staying busier, in times that normally, I wouldn’t be busier. I’m being more productive in things that I’m doing. I’m moving towards the larger cases, implants, things like that, and have associates do other work.
The end of the year is usually slower, like in January. Things seem to pickup in February. This February was one of our best, as far as new patients. I think, in the one week that I specifically talked about, we had 45 new patients that week. I’m sure we can probably do more than that, really. I don’t think that was a full schedule, actually.
