I’ve had different companies in the past. They’re good at this, they’re good at that, but they don’t put it all together. I don’t have time to put it all together. I want to focus on my patients and focus on what their needs are. I like to tinker with the stuff, but to be honest, I’m not that great at it. So, I wanted to find a company that could do everything, as far as marketing, for me, and put it all together without me having to spend a ton of time learning what search engine optimization was or Google AdWords. I tried to do it; it’s a nightmare. I wouldn’t have any time for dentistry if I became, or tried to become, an expert at that. So, I decided to make the leap of faith, and I’m glad that I did because I’ve been very happy with SmartBox and their ability to take all the stuff, put it together, and handle that aspect so I can focus on my patients.

I hope to become the go-to person for quality dentistry for implants and braces in Frederick, Hagerstown, and Ellicott City. That’s what I hope to be. I want to be the person that, you know, you can be the best dentist in the world and have the best bedside manner, but if no one knows you exist, it’s worthless. You cannot help anyone if no one knows who you are. I didn’t know how to get my name out there. I mean, we’re happy. We’re doing fine. I want to do great, and I want people to know that we’re there, and I want them to know what we offer so that if we’re a good match for them, they can come to us. I’m hoping that SmartBox is going to put us in a position to be that person.
