Behind each of SmartBox Web Marketing’s state-of-the-art websites is Tim Horst, a longtime web developer with nearly two decades of experience assisting web companies small and large.

Tim manages a talented web team that works tirelessly to produce designs that wrap around each dentist’s personalized digital marketing efforts. He has a diverse background in both web development and small business. Before joining the Internet industry, Tim studied at the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a pastry chef in New York City.

“I have been in the web development industry since 1997, and since then I have been responsible for websites for smaller agencies and large corporations alike,” Tim Horst said. “I have experience in site development for clients that have between 500 to 3,000,000 visits a month and have an emphasis on delivering well-performing, highly optimized sites.”

Tim is a true adventure lover. He spent years touring the United States professionally racing bicycles, he has driven the length of Vermont, from Canada to Massachusetts, completely off-road and has visited the Mayan temples in the jungles of Guatemala, where his son was born.

Tim Horst’s future plans include traveling to the arctic circle and driving the Road of Bones in Russia. He is also a devout fan of post-apocalyptic novels.
