I have a good amount of customer service under my belt, so I would say that even though I may not be directly one-on-one with the dentists, I can put my best foot forward to work each day, and that will consequently lead to good client interaction.

Where are your leads going? Who is calling your office? That’s a question Lauren Lloyd spends her days mulling over for SmartBox dentists.

Lauren is part of SmartBox’s elite team that monitors dentists’ web marketing campaigns and provides useful data about what patients are committing to treatment.

“I have a good amount of customer service under my belt, so I would say that even though I may not be directly one-on-one with the dentists, I can put my best foot forward to work each day, and that will consequently lead to good client interaction,” Lauren said.

Lauren excelled in her coursework at Ivy Tech Community College, earning a spot on the coveted dean’s list. She plans to return to school in 2017 to finish her degree. Kindness and positivity are driving forces in Lauren’s personal and professional life, along with her excellent work ethic.

“I really treat others the way I want to be treated, as cliché as it may sound,” she said. “I like to think of myself as a very hard worker, and I will give my 100 percent no matter the situation.”

Lauren Lloyd has worked as a photographer and continues to show her affinity for photography today by snapping pictures and for followers on Instagram or Facebook. Of all her achievements, her biggest are her three daughters: Adelyn, Avery, and Arlee. She is also engaged to be married September 15, 2017.

In her free time, Lauren finds relaxation watching “The Office” or “Impractical Jokers” and cheering on her beloved Kentucky Wildcats. Though Lauren Lloyd wasn’t born yet for the height of Beatlemania, she knows every word to every Beatles song.
