As one of SmartBox’s call quality analysts, Kristina Huber works with dentists to identify marketing campaigns that are bringing in more and better patients.

Kristina’s strong background in communications makes her a great attribute for dentists looking to improve their conversion rates and build their collections. In her role, she listens to patient calls and then provides detailed reports for SmartBox dentists. Based on Kristina’s guidance, SmartBox dentists can see the type of services each caller is requesting.

Kristina Huber is both caring and compassionate about her work inside and outside the office. She is fond of animals and has two rescue dogs, Lucy and Lucky. She also volunteers as a mentor for at-risk youth and is working toward becoming a foster parent to “be of more service to our world.”

When she’s not working, Kristina Huber is an avid reader and enjoys brushing up on her history and participating in sports. She enjoys studying Egyptology and gravitates toward films with Rod Serling, Vincent Price, and Johnny Depp.

You can also catch her cooking, adding to her vast knowledge of random factoids, hiking, being outdoors, and gardening.
