Although all of those industries I’ve worked in are very different, putting the customer’s needs first has always been my main goal.
The client on the phone or in the office is ALWAYS the most important person in the room. That philosophy has come in handy during Darrell’s career in customer services, sales, and digital marketing.
Darrell Rhodes holds a Bachelor of Arts in broadcasting and minor in sales from Western Kentucky University and has worked in sales and customer service across a variety of industries. He’s worked in broadcasting, banking, for-profit education, advertising, and even the snack food industry.
In short, identifying client needs is practically second nature to him, and he works tirelessly to provide effective results.
“Although all of those industries I’ve worked in are very different, putting the customer’s needs first has always been my main goal,” Darrell said. “The experience I have gained in TV production and marketing helps me easily connect clients and SmartBox departments.”
Throughout his career, Darrell Rhodes has focused on ways in which he can achieve better results for the clients. SmartBox benefits from his accountability, communication, integrity, and exceptional organizational skills.
“I’m always looking for new ways to enhance the dentist’s experience and help them in their journey to attract more and better patients,” Darrell said.
