NEW ALBANY, IN — SmartBox, a nationally recognized company that helps dentists thrive, has looked within the company to promote three team members to vice president positions.
SmartBox CEO Colin Receveur recently announced the promotions as the company continues setting record revenue and expanding its market reach.
The changes include:
Matthew Tungate, an employee since January 2014, is now Vice President of Operations
Alex Hall, an employee since January 2014, is now Vice President of Demand Generation
Tim Horst, an employee since 2016, is now Vice President of Technology
Ed Post, an employee since 2016, is now Director of People and Administration
“Matt, Alex, Tim, and Ed are all experts in their fields and have made daily positive contributions since joining SmartBox,” Receveur said. “Our new vice presidents will continue working to encourage our employees while also finding new, innovative ways to serve more dentists around the world.”
Tungate, Hall, Horst, and Post will move from their current supervisor roles into vice presidents on Monday, Aug. 7. Each new vice president will oversee multiple SmartBox teams and supervisors while reporting directly to Receveur.
SmartBox, founded in 2001, is a rapidly growing company that employs more than 75 people across southern Indiana and the Louisville metropolitan area. The company was named as one of the Louisville area’s Best Places to Work in 2016 and 2017 by Louisville Business First.
Later this year, SmartBox plans to add a new vice president of sales.
