- “SmartFit” Employment Guarantee, which provides generous severance packages to departing team members in good standing who are no longer a good fit for their job. The SmartFit Employment Guarantee also gives recently-hired team members the chance to depart with a month’s wages if they feel SmartBox Web Marketing is not the “smart fit” for them.
