NEW ALBANY, IN – SmartBox Web Marketing, a leading dental marketing company, has hired a new Director of Operations to lead strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, measurement and analysis and account management.
William Hambleton, who joined the staff in April, has extensive experience in optimizing operations, developing information system applications, building voice of the consumer solutions and designing performance evaluation and reporting solutions.
“Colin and the rest of the team at SmartBox Web Marketing have developed a professional system that efficiently addresses clients’ needs,” Hambleton said. “My goal is to continue developing positive client relationships by overseeing productivity and having my team deliver world class experiences.”
Before joining SmartBox Web Marketing, Hambleton worked with companies large and small. Most recently, he worked for eyewear innovator Kenmark Group as Marketing and Communications Director. Previously he led a digital and brand marketing consultancy and has extensive experience in the health industry with insurance giant Humana as the Consumer Marketing and Experience Design leader.
Colin Receveur, who founded SmartBox Web Marketing in 2001, said Hambleton’s experience in marketing and management will make him a great addition to the SmartBox team. In his new role, Hambleton will oversee both long-term and day-to-day company operations for clients as well as all internal development efforts. Hambleton will lead a team of client relationship managers and web developers.
“We’ve had a need for a superior Operations Director for a good while,” Receveur said. “William brings a level of both corporate and small business experience and expertise that will allow us to increase our productivity and find new ways to better serve our clients.”
Hambleton graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville with a bachelor of science degree in management information systems and services. He takes a special interest in team leadership and program coordination.
